Developing Future Financial Leaders Through Our Early-Career Talent Development Programs

Challenge

Our goal is to create sustainable, long-term talent pipelines across our business that increase appreciation for diverse perspectives and skills. By encouraging and supporting early career professionals through thoughtful development programs, we are helping to cultivate the future financial leaders in asset management.

Actions

First Eagle has a two-year rotational program in our Alternative Credit business which we plan to expand across our Marketing and Distribution teams. Our early career programs provide the structure and support that program analysts need to be successful in asset management. For example, for analysts in our Retail business, First Eagle will sponsor unlicensed candidates who can then transition into more experienced sales roles after passing their exams.

Outcomes

As a result of these programs, we have been able to hire more women and diverse candidates to join our firm. We plan to continue our investment and support in their careers in hopes of a long, successful tenure in the asset management industry.
