Challenge

Making sure our contractors were trained to achieve success for technical position.

Actions

Working with a 3rd party training and development company focused on training diverse talent that would then be placed at several of our large clients.

 

Outcomes

Many of our diverse contractors have had the opportunity to get technical training and certifications. This has allowed them to be successful at our clients and has reduced retention. Our clients are also happy that we send candidates over that are ready to go on day 1. This arrangement has allowed for up skilling diverse talent and has provided a greater potential for advancement within the companies.
