Conning recognized that many employees were unaware of our DEI Council’s efforts and progress on the DEI Strategic Plan.

Conning created a DEI page on its intranet so employees can easily follow the DEI Council’s actions and initiatives. On the DEI home page, employees can find announcements related to employee resource groups, monthly DEI Newsletters, quarterly DEI reports, as well as informational resources such as podcasts, articles, training sessions and materials, and more. In the DEI Council section, employees can read the minutes from every DEI Council meeting over the past two years.

Employees at our organization are now more connected to our DEI mission and goals. They can easily engage with DEI efforts through the various resources available on the DEI intranet page.
