Assess HR Source’s DE & I efforts in order to determine internal action steps and also test survey instrument to be utilized with member organizations.
Developed a 15 question DE & I survey which was piloted with our staff team and is now being adapted to launch as a new service offering for our member organizations.
The DE & I survey results were analyzed and shared with our team and are being used to plan our first DE & I staff in-service program and other initiatives. In addition, we are beginning to market the survey to our member employers to enable them to utilize this survey to measure their own DE & I efforts and results.
It is important to note that in addition to being an employers’ association we are also an employer experiencing our own DE & I journey. As we make strides in this arena and encounter the inevitable bumps in the road, I look forward to sharing what we’ve learned in the hopes that other leaders and workplaces will benefit.
