Challenge

Encourage open conversations and awareness of equality issues across different departments/locations. Empower employees to support peers by becoming informed allies.

Actions

We initiated a DE&I team that includes our C-Suite, Leadership, and Employees to ensure equal representation for the events, discussions, and initiatives that we commit to the company to see through. We also hold monthly meetings, activities, and opportunities to share their culture, stories and celebrate overcoming challenges.

Outcomes

We have increased participation in company events and formed ERGs (Employee Relation Groups) of individuals who are inspired to share and celebrate different cultures.
