We have taken immediate steps to ensure that CPI Security adopts meaningful and lasting efforts on matters of inclusion and fairness. While our track record here is strong, we recognize there is always room for improvement.
We will continue to be as open as possible in where we are now and how we progress forward through our journey together. We will assist in the development of strategic plans to effectively address and dismantle social injustices and inequalities. To determine what the future looks like, we need to continue to be learning and listening to our employees.
We will continue to have productive Engagement Sessions with our Certified Diversity Consultants to better understand our employee’s feelings and give them a voice in the process. We will share the main feedback from these sessions to develop specific initiatives to further engage and support a fair, diverse and inclusive culture with short-term, mid-term and long-term objectives. From here, we will work with our employees to achieve and execute on the identified objectives.
There are several tools available that we encourage our employees to take advantage of as well as some specific actions we have taken as a company to continue moving forward:
Virtual Counselors: We provide virtual counseling sessions with Personal Enrichment Counseling & Consulting.
Volunteer Time Off Program (VTO): CPI grants the ability to volunteer at the organization of your choice. Now is the time to have your voice heard by supporting your activities.
Continuous Feedback: Have your voice heard by continuing to email suggestions to our Certified Diversity Consultants.
Engage in Public Safety: Continue our company’s efforts to strengthen relationships between the police and the communities they serve. Our business is based in security and we believe in the importance of this ongoing and critical dialogue in our communities.
CPI Charity Donation Matching: CPI offers a MATCH to employee donations they initiate to a charitable organization up to $250.
CPI Charitable Donations: We continue our corporate charitable giving. Most recently, we have donated to four new organizations. These are just a few of the charities and groups that we support as we go through this journey together.
