In March, 2020, we began implementing procedures to create a safe work environment, beginning with limiting corporate travel, and also limiting access to the office based on individual travel. When the international travel ban went into effect, we successfully transitioned all of our employees to work from home (in a two day period) while
the situation was analyzed and safety measures put into place. KnowBe4 is an international organization and faced supporting a staff of over 800 to work remotely. In the midst of the process we also wanted to ensure each staff member who desired to work from home had all the necessary resources. 

We implemented a number of different safety measures in June to allow employees to return to the office on a volunteer basis (temperature checks, mandatory mask requirements, social distancing of desks, rapid test availability - just to name a few). In July, 2020, a commitment was made to all employees who were choosing to keep their children home from school, that, regardless of Covid, they would be able to work remotely through the 20/21 school year.

Currently, more than 80% of our employees are still working from home full time.
