Courageous Conversations is a program designed to generate authentic discussions to explore how our employees feel about diversity, inclusion, and culture and the role they play in our work environment. Employees at all levels can share their stories, challenges and feelings about things that are impacting them or causing them to feel anxious.

Participation in these sessions has been greater than we could have hoped for. It has generated many real-life stories and challenges and has allowed employees to connect with each other across the globe and go past professional connections, to build meaningful and lasting personal connections.
