Community Giving and Investment

Challenge

Written in Nsight's vision statement is the promise to support the betterment of the communities we serve. We strive to put our words into actions and commitments into outcomes in a variety of ways, as we focus on our philanthropic efforts and community investment.

Actions

Community Giving: Every year, Nsight focuses on supporting local nonprofits and community organizations throughout our service area. Through monetary and in-kind donations, such as an after-school program or wireless technology for a community event, Nsight supports, on-average, 500 unique programs, projects and initiatives every year.

Givin' A Little Back (GALB) Program: This internal company-facilitated program allows employees to receive a donation towards a non-profit organization of their choice in exchange for their qualified philanthropic efforts. Efforts include volunteer hours, monetary donations and/or purchased goods. GALB encourages employees to take an active role in their community by supporting volunteerism and matching gifts to organizations and charities that are most important to them.

Power of Partnerships: Nsight is fortunate to work with incredible companies that help us illustrate the power of partnerships within our charitable efforts. As the title sponsor of the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, we support charity partners by donating event proceeds to community programs. By aiming to impact the community tong after the last runner has crossed the finish line, participants are able to fundraise for their race entry in this qualifying event. In addition, Nsight teams up with its tower partner, Vertical BridgeL on an annual basis to extend community gifts. In 2022, we supported Feeding America of Eastern Wisconsin, helping 754 pantries across our service area through a sponsored employee volunteer day and monetary donations.

Outcomes

Nsight is dedicated to the betterment of the communities in which we live and work. We have a strategic approach to providing year-round support of our local communities and giving back to individuals within our service area by becoming actively involved at an employee­-level.
