Many disadvantaged individuals seeking employment lack the resources to purchase interview appropriate clothing and accessories.

Stout held a professional clothing drive in the spring of 2021 to empower people of all ages, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds to help put their best fashion foot forward when finding success entering or reentering the workforce.  Items were donated to local nonprofit professional clothing organizations and included suits, dress pants, skirts, dresses, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, dress shoes, overcoats, ties, and belts.  Stout employees were also able to make monetary donations or donate via Amazon Smile during the firm wide event.

During the event Stout employees donated professional clothing to support our local communities who can use these items for interviews or to jump start their career. Through this initiative we were able to benefit 10 different organizations across multiple communities. A few of the organizations that Stout impacted include Career Wardrobe, Cara Collective, One Man’s Treasure, Dress for Success, and Suit Yourself.
