RPAI is committed to a culture of collaboration and supports employees who bring innovative solutions to the table, act on issues and produce value day-in and day-out. We are committed to leading by example, cherishing our team, and supporting a culture of collaboration. RPAI values empowered team members who refuse to lose, establish meaningful goals, and inspire optimism for success. RPAI has established a 20% diversity target for our Board of Directors, taking into consideration the experience and skill set required of the Board.
We plan to share the results of our achieving our diversity targets in the upcoming year.

Diversity and inclusion are a cornerstone at RPAI. In 2020 alone, we Implemented a company match towards any donations that were made during the week of the Juneteenth holiday to any 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that support African American communities. We expanded our holiday calendar to include Juneteenth as a paid holiday and encouraged team members to utilize the additional time to learn more about the holiday, cultural events, and significant figures. Our Company established a partnership with Jopwell, a diversity, equity, and inclusion partner to support recruiting a diverse and talented team. We also continue to conduct annual unconscious bias, respect in the workplace and diversity training to further enhance our cultural behaviors. RPAI and its Board of Directors acknowledge that despite all of these successes, we must lead by example, and are committing to achieving at least a 20% diversity rate for our Board of Directors.
