The Nominating Committee and the Board recognizes the benefits of diversity in the boardroom and the healthy debate that stems from different viewpoints that may result from diverse backgrounds and experiences. For several years, our board members have been and continue to be selected based on several factors to include diversity of gender and ethnicity.

Outcomes

Through ongoing efforts to diversify our Board, we now have 3 female trustees and 1 African American out of our 8 total board members.
