BIPOC Listening Tour


In order to understand and ultimately address the specific challenges within our company, we wanted a forum to hear directly from our BIPOC employees across our 100+ locations.


The CEO invited every BIPOC employee to an optional Zoom “listening session,” where she promised to listen to anything and everything they wanted to share.


From the hundreds of personal stories, we were able to identify common themes of what impacted our BIPOC employees, regardless of location or job function. These themes informed our next steps to further our DEI initiative.
