Challenge

The war on talent is real, and in order for GHJ to attract and retain the best employees, we need to be diverse and flexible in our approach.

Actions

We identified the need to provide our workforce with a more flexible work environment, which enables them to #BeMore for themselves, their family and our firm. Our #BeMore culture empowers our employees and encourages them to focus on taking time to be mentally, emotionally and physically healthy, as well as focus on being a parent or caregiver.

We provide flexible work schedules, a work anytime/anywhere policy, health benefits, paid family leave, paid leave for new parents and much more to support our employees efforts to #BeMore for their families.  

Additionally, we support our employees as they grow their careers by encouraging and providing opportunities for continuous development and reimbursing for professional qualifications and professional subscriptions.

In addition, we support and encourage community service, closing our office once a year to allow our employees to participate in a firm-wide volunteer day, setting up smaller volunteer opportunities throughout the year and providing matching donations to charities our employees support.
