Annual D&I Training and Educational Opportunities for All Employees

Challenge

Proactively implementing educational options in an effort to positively address biases and prejudice within the organization by providing training and continuous education on diversity and inclusion.

Actions

In addition to the annual training that each employee is required to complete, we also sponsor additional facilitated diversity and inclusion training sessions that are available to all staff.
