With the increased attention on social justice efforts in 2020, we amplified our resources to support the efforts of our colleagues and communities. We modified our giving platforms to increase support for racial and social justice causes.

To be responsive to urgent community need, we accepted nominations from our colleagues for financial support of organizations that advance social justice, equity and anti-racism efforts. We also enhanced our matching gifts program to double the match for a colleague’s donation to a social justice, equity or anti-racism organization.

Colleagues and leaders were highly engaged in giving to organizations personally meaningful to them, and we tripled our matching gifts efforts during 2020.
