We recognized there was an opportunity to advance our diversity, equity and inclusion objectives by offering conversation, education, and networking opportunities among PFM employees with shared backgrounds, experiences and passions.

As of January 2021, we have six Significant Interest Groups (SIGs) in force – Harambee (multi-cultural), PFM Women’s Network, PFMillennials, Avante (Hispanic/Latinx), PFM Parents & Caregivers Forum, and PFM Pride Network.

In addition to the continued growth of SIG membership to more than 40% of PFM’s total employee base, the SIGs have enhanced diversity recruiting efforts, contributed to policy review and revision, advised on learning and development topics / opportunities, and delivered firmwide programming to raise awareness of the issues that concern their SIG.
