As we work to Deliver an Extraordinary N-ablite Journey, we challenge ourselves and N-ablites to Advance Diversity, Equality and Belonging (DEB) through meaningful engagement and action. 

Actions

Fuel Engagement and Belonging through N-riching N-ablite Programs

  • Fully dedicated role, our Sr DEB and Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist, supports our DEB journey with meaningful global programs for N-ablites and to build on our external partnerships supporting underrepresented communities.
  • Observe Global DEB Day with a company-wide day off. We commemorate this day on Martin Luther King Jr (MLK) Day and promote VoluNteer Day opportunities in service of others.
  • Partner with our Communities of Interest (COIs) to host meaningful global initiatives for observances like Lunar New Year, Black History Month, Ramadan, International Women’s Day, International Transgender Day of Visibility, Women’s Wellness Runs throughout the globe, and more.
  • Host hub networking celebrations to educate N-ablites on cultural traditions, cuisines and local businesses owned by underrepresented communities during Lunar New Year, Black History Month, Women’s History Month and more.
  • Connect N-ablites at our COI Fairs globally featuring educational sessions from each COI and highlighting intersectionality across communities.
  • Host opportunities for engagement as key ways we share and learn more about each other’s experiences and backgrounds to break through barriers and drive the business forward as a team.

Transition from Education and Awareness to Action

  • Develop and launch custom Overcoming Unconscious Bias session and Putting Cultural Diversity into Action workshop to mitigate biases and N-hance cultural competence globally.
  • Design DEB-focused experience for our N-able U to Build Leadership Journey to support and develop N-ablite leaders as we foster a great workplace culture and strategically move our business forward.
  • Fuel culture transformation and execution excellence through our uniquely designed N-able Women’s Leadership Summit.
  • Partner with DEB professionals to lead panel discussions like our internal keynote ‘Building Our Culture of Belonging’ (global), as well as other external panels around the world in support of DEB thought leadership topics.

Build our Global DEB Community through Outreach and Partnerships

  • Support global organizations through sponsorship and engagement to facilitate our own learning, and to help attract Culture N-hancers from underrepresented groups in various ways like posting N-able Career opportunities on various diverse job boards and facilitating connections with diverse talent pools.
  • Focus on building relationships with external community partners demonstrating our commitment and support to advance DEB globally.
Outcomes

As part of our continuous advocacy, we’re proud to earn CompTIA recognition for Advancing Diversity in Technology Leadership and the Stevie Award for Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion, Silver.

These awards, as well as our 2023 Comparably Awards for ‘Best Company for Diversity’, ‘Best Company for Women’, ‘Best Global Culture’, and more are a testament to the work we are doing to Advance Diversity, Equality and Belonging!
