Vi has partnered with Risha Grant to develop a series of custom micro-learning modules for all employees at Vi.  

Actions

Scheduled to rollout in Q1 of 2021, the topics will include:

  • Unconscious Bias – Three (3) Steps to Identify, Own & Confront bias. How it is introduced and what we should do to become aware of it?
  • Identifying, Owning & Confronting bias
  • Equity – Equality has been the focus for many companies and organizations, but equity will change your employee’s quality of life. Learn how organizations can be a part of creating equitable workspace.
  • Belonging – We all want to feel as if we belong. Learn how an organization can help employees feel seen and heard in an inclusive workplace.
  • Four Factors that Reinforce Bias
  • Diverse Recruitment – Why does it matter and how does it provide a competitive advantage for your organization?
  • Micro-aggressions – Those subtle things we say to each other that are received as back-handed compliments. Understand how micro-aggressions create toxic work environments for all employees.
  • Allyships – how to be an ally for all of your employees
  • Types of Bias – an overview of the different types of bias and how they play out at work for all employees.
