“Diversity and inclusion is not a light switch you turn on and off. It’s part of our culture; something that grows and takes years to come to fruition.” --Charles Smith, Vice President Human Resources & Diversity, Guitar Center.

On February 6, CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ took center stage at GreenBiz18 with a panel discussion on the role of the C-Suite in driving diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Moderated by John Davies, VP & Senior Analyst, GreenBiz Group, the panelists included Aaron Nutter, Director, Responsible Business Leadership, PwC; Cecily Joseph, Vice President, Corporate Responsibility & Chief Diversity Officer, Symantec; and Charles Smith, Vice President Human Resources & Diversity, Guitar Center.
