Actions

Employee-led initiative to build and maintain a Cultural Calendar, which will celebrate a myriad of identities and cultural happenings in our communities and beyond. Research around events is shared and accessible to the entire company.

Outcomes

Through the experiences gained and celebrated, our goal is to continue to nurture a progressive mindset, seek out new ways of thinking, and diverse perspectives. It's already evident through our employee involvement in a number of events and activities across our markets. From social justice awareness fundraisers in D.C., participating in school supply drives in Charleston, to voter registration awareness and employees applying to be poll workers for the election; our commitment has become tangible.
