We needed to build a sense of belonging for all employees to thrive and to inform our business on ways to attract, retain, and grow our diverse talent.
We formed employee-led resource groups with executive sponsors to build a sense of community and to inform our growing business.
We’ve grown from one to six ERGs in a year to include Women in Tech, Ansys Pride Alliance, Ansys Black Employee Network, (dis) Ability Network at Ansys, Veterans at Ansys, and the Ansys Latino Connection. As businesses within the business, they act on a global scale to build communities, inform us on talent attraction and retention strategies, and generate growth and development opportunities.
