L3Harris senior leadership implemented quarterly meetings to review progress and actions toward diversity, including tracking metrics like hiring, promotion and attrition; and setting specific goals to improve representation at executive, manager and professional levels. The meetings also serve as a platform for best practice sharing across segments and as an additional mechanism to drive accountability across the board.
